In your opinion, what are the three most important issues to the area you are seeking-
to represent and its constituents, and why?

The role of the Board of education includes goal setting through strategic planning, hiring and evaluating the district’s superintendent, which I have been a part of this in the past year, establishing policies that improve the district, and review of the budget as it aligns with the district’s vision.

What measures will you pursue to address those issues?

The measures are to establish the above duties while being open minded and willing to listen and provide meaningful feedback.

Why did you choose to run for the position that you did?

I wanted to give back to the community and the school district that I attended. I have established myself in my career and want to bring my experience and leadership back to my community.

What would you say is your leadership style, and how will you utilize its strengths in
your position?

I prefer to remain humble and true and lead without rank or title. Work collaboratively and listen to take in all viewpoints to make informed decisions.

How will you know that you’re accurately representing your community?

I will know by listening to all parties and being involved.
