As we reach the end of 2023, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the stories that had the biggest impact on our community this year. Let us take you through some of the highlights to illustrate why your financial support is crucial to this work.
Three Rivers Pride was well attended and without incident Saturday, as an estimated 2,500 to 3,000 people celebrated the city’s first Pride festival. Contrary to the controversy and tension created online in the weeks leading up to the event, Saturday’s festivities went without incident.

Andrew, Alek, and Doug talk about how a Pride flag ban protest and the community support it garnered spurred on the creation of Three Rivers Pride Festival, how it all came together in under six months, and details on what to expect at the event.

Erin is the Democratic candidate for District Two St. Joseph County Commissioner, vice chair of the St. Joseph County, Michigan Democrats, and a member of the Three Rivers Pride Committee. The trio discusses why Erin decided to run for public office, the recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, and the Ban Off Our Bodies protest in Centreville which Erin organized and Dan attended.
