Attorney Ross Truckey of Colon was sworn in Friday, May 20 at the historic St. Joseph County Courthouse by Judge David C. Tomlinson. More than a dozen family, friends, and colleagues were in attendance Friday for the ceremony, including Truckey’s petitioner, attorney Luke Nofsinger, and District Court Judges Jeffrey Middleton and Robert Pattison.

Truckey formerly served as a clerk at the courthouse and currently works in the Juvenile Division of Family Court.
