Wendy Hochstedler, a former Three Rivers City Finance Director who was fired and subsequently settled a lawsuit with the City has pled guilty to embezzlement from the City of South Haven in court.

Women’s Club Supports County Cat Care Relief

The Three Rivers Women’s Club formally presented a gift of $300 to St. Joseph County Animal Control (SJCAC) on Wednesday to assist with ongoing efforts to care for an influx of cats. It will also host a cat supply donation table at the Labor Day Bridge Walk, and has helped secure additional donations from a Portage business.

Huss Project Adds A Greenhouse

The Huss Project is getting a new greenhouse at its property at Eighth and Broadway Streets in Three Rivers. The greenhouse will help the organization to start seedlings earlier in the spring and grow crops later in the fall for its farmers market and community food distribution programs.
