A series of charges will bind over from one court to another against two suspects in a Three Rivers home invasion case following the conclusion of a hearing Friday. Charges that bind over are those that may proceed to criminal trial because attorneys have shown they meet probable cause.
Two suspects in a Three Rivers home invasion, Amber Carpenter and Alexander Zuchnik, faced a preliminary examination hearing before 3B District Judge Robert Pattison on Tuesday afternoon. The hearing was held to provide preliminary witness testimony and determine what charges will proceed to a trial.
Two suspects in a home invasion last weekend were released on bond Monday, re-arrested Tuesday, and then released on bond again Thursday. The suspects, Amber Carpenter and Alexander Zuchnik, entered a home on South Constantine Street in the early hours of last Sunday.
