Following an evidentiary hearing Monday in St. Joseph County Circuit Court, Judge Paul Stutesman denied a motion requesting a new trial in the case of Lee Parker, Jr. The 25-year-old is currently serving a minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 60 years in prison for the 2020 shooting of Grace Hussey.
