The Three Rivers Woman’s Club celebrated its 130th anniversary on Monday at the Three Rivers Elks Lodge.
Members of the Three Rivers Woman’s Club (TRWC) joined Three Rivers DDA Master Gardener Jason Ballew Friday to clean up and add new butterfly friendly plants to the downtown mural mall’s butterfly garden.
The downtown Mural Mall that connects Railroad Drive with the intersection of Main Street and Portage Avenue in downtown Three Rivers got some much needed attention Friday.
The Tenth Annual Historic Bridge Walk is proceeding as planned this Labor Day in Three Rivers. Participants can begin their walk on September 7 between 9:00 a.m. and noon. The event is free and will take place rain or shine, unless lightning is present.
The Three Rivers Women’s Club formally presented a gift of $300 to St. Joseph County Animal Control (SJCAC) on Wednesday to assist with ongoing efforts to care for an influx of cats. It will also host a cat supply donation table at the Labor Day Bridge Walk, and has helped secure additional donations from a Portage business.
