Downtown Three Rivers’ annual music festival will return Sunday, September 5 following a year-long hiatus, as the pandemic forced event organizers to cancel the concert in 2020.
The Three Rivers Downtown Development Authority (TRDDA) and Main Street Program voted to cancel HarmonyFest 2020 based on uncertainty about the COVID-19 pandemic at its regular meeting Friday.
