Two men were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon at the intersection of Leet and Beebe Roads in Howard Township.

According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department, 61-year-old David Culp was traveling southeast on Beebe Road when 74-year-old Anthony Lauricella failed to yield when turning from Leet Road onto Beebe Road, causing the collision.

Culp and Lauricella, both of Niles, were transported to area hospitals for treatment. Authorities don’t believe alcohol nor drugs were factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
