The Three Rivers City Commission will meet tonight, Tuesday, April 2 at 6 p.m. for its regularly scheduled meeting at Three Rivers City Hall (333 W. Michigan Ave.)

Audit Reports for FY 2022-2023

According to a report in tonight’s agenda packet, the city doesn’t have an audit presentation scheduled for this year due to the single audit’s lengthy process. City staff says Three Rivers received an unmodified opinion on both its regular and single audit reports for fiscal year 2022-23, which means they were clean audits.

The audit reports do feature a few comments for improvements including material audit adjustments, segregation of duties (repeat), SEFA Preparation, and Written Polices Required by the Uniform Grant Guidance.

Commissioners will be asked to accept the regular and single audit reports for fiscal year 2022-2023 as part of Tuesday’s consent agenda, and place them on file in the finance department.
