The St. Joseph County Career and Technical Education Consortium and American Axle & Manufacturing recently celebrated two students for completing an apprenticeship program.

Cohen McGee and Jacob Norton, after completing the industrial manufacturing technician apprenticeship program through the U.S. Department of Labor, will now move pursue higher education opportunities.

Cohen plans to seek a degree in engineering at Olivet Nazarene University, while Jacob will enter an apprenticeship program with the UA Local 357 Plumbers/Pipefitters & HVAC-R.
